Bear's Adventure
Bear's Adventure is a platformer game where you play as Bear, a yellow bear cub, going through the forests and caves to return to his home. Help Bear get back home by traversing the various platforms and getting by enemies. Watch out for the spiders, snakes and bats! Bear's life rests in your hands!

Player Movement
The basic code for Bear's movements in the game
Ability #1: Jump
Bear has some good hops. This allows him to get onto platforms when needed to.
Ability #2: Duck
Sometimes you just need to keep your head down. Use this ability in order to avoid Bats and Snake's poison.
Ability #3: Ladder Climb
That platform seems to be too high for Bear to jump on. Good thing there's this conveniently placed ladder to get up there. Climb up ladders to get up to high platforms.
Ability #4: Rock Throw
These enemies really don't want you to get home safely. Let's teach 'em a lesson. Pick up rocks and throw them at spiders to kill them or throw at snakes to stun them.
Enemy #1: Spiders
These guys can't be that harmless, right? Spiders will move from left to right, covering ground. Try not to run straight into them.
Enemy #2: Snakes
The snakes is always facing in Bear's direction, but they just stay in one place, so they can't be much of a proble- wait, are they shooting poison? Jump or duck to avoid poison or else..well, get hit by poison.
Enemy #3: Bats
The Bats start chasing Bear once he gets too close and they're too fast to outrun them. Maybe if Bear ducks down, they'll go away. They gotta be bored at some point, right?
